TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is important to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you book a holiday with Powerpuff Stag. This set of our obligations to you and your commitments to us, was prepared with every effort to ensure you clearly understand the booking conditions.

1. Definitions

The fallowing definitions refer to these terms and conditions

“We”, “us” and “our” – Powerpuff Stag
“Group” and “You” – all people who are taking part in any event booked through us
“Group Leader” – a person which is a part of a group and completes the booking for whole group and who will be our point of contract

2. Introduction

Due to the fact that purchased services take place in Poland, this contract has to be governed by the Law of Poland and shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish Courts. You must be at least 18 years old when arriving at your holiday. All members of the Group must sign and pass to Powerpuff Stag representative, their booking confirmation as assurance that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agreed with them.

3. Booking

The Group Leader is responsible for making the booking and ensuring that monies due are collected and paid to us on time; completing the reservation form available on our website for the Group; making all member of the Group aware of these terms and conditions.

The agreement of participation in the event booked through Powerpuff Stag is made when the filled out reservation form is sent to us and the deposit is paid onto our account. After receiving a deposit, the booking confirmation will be sent to the Group Leader. The booking confirmation will include confirmation of your hotel reservation and all the activities, which were booked with us.

In order to book a holiday with us, we require a 25% deposit of the total price quoted. The deposit must be made the latest 4 weeks prior to your event date via bank transfer. Payment of the outstanding balance of the total cost quoted must be made to us no later than, when the group is met on the holiday destination by the Powerpuff Stag representative.

4. Changes and cancellations by us

We will do our best to avoid making any changes in your holiday booking, services and products provided by us, but in some unusual cases Powerpuff Stag reserves the right to do so. Most of the changes will be minor and will not effective your booking to the high extend. They will not be compensated since you must accept that a certain degree of minor changes is sometimes unavoidable. In the case of any changes made by us, your Group Leader will be informed as soon as possible and you will have a choice to: accept the changed arrangements, book alternative arrangements from us or cancel your reservation, with full refund.

Powerpuff Stag reserves the right to initiate a major change, cancellation of an activity or whole booking, due to the “force majeure” which are outside of our control. In case of cancellation, due to “force majeure” you will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund of monies paid to us will be compensated. Powerpuff Stag commits that no booking will be cancelled due to our reason after a deposit will be paid.

We obligate that at the time the deposit is paid and the booking is confirmed, the prices provided to you will not increase.

Force Majeure

Powerpuff Stag will not be liable of any unusual or unexpected conditions beyond our control, caused by force majeure. These acts of force majeure include but are not limited to: bad weather, technical problems, road blocks, crash on road resulting in traffic and natural disasters (including fire or floods).

5. Changes and cancellations by you

If you wish to make any changes after a booking confirmation has been issued, the Group Leader should notify us by e-mail and we will do our best to adapt you. You can also make amendments after your arrival, but please remember, that we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made.

If you whish to cancel all or any part of the booking confirmation, the Group Leader must inform us about that in writing. The cancellation refers also to the reduction of group. If you perform any cancellation the fallowing charges will apply:
a) if the cancellation is made before a booking confirmation has been issued, no charges will apply;
b) if the cancellation is made after a booking confirmation has been issued, we will charge you an amount of the deposit made to us (that is 25% of total cost of travel arrangement);
c) if the cancellation is made 3 days before your arrival or on your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of total cost of travel arrangements.

All the activities include "minimum nr of people". This means, that to take part in them, you need to cover the cost of minimum people needed.

6. Our responsibilities

Powerpuff Stag acts only as a booking agent of the client. That means that we are not a direct supplier and we cannot take responsibility of the third parties, which supply the accommodation and activities for you. However we promise to use all reasonable skill and care in selecting suppliers who provides your arrangements. We also accept responsibility for ensuring that all elements of your stag do are as described in your booking confirmation.

To the best of our belief and knowledge our suppliers provide the highest standard of safety for the activities. However, some activities contain an element of risk, so all the activities organized for you by Powerpuff Stag are undertaken at your own risk. Therefore, during your stag party, we do not accept responsibility or liability for any personal injuries, illness, death, loss or damage of any kind.

7. Your responsibilities

As a costumer of Powerpuff Stag you are expected to respect your environment and other people around you. During your holiday you have to comply with instructions and requests of our representative and our suppliers. Also you have to behave in a responsible manner and without a risk to the health and safety of yourself or others. If you do not comply with these rules, we have a right to cancel your booking. The Powerpuff Stag will not take any liabilities for damages made by you to the property or person of a third party. If the Group is more than 30 minutes late for a meeting with our representative, that means that an activity will be cancelled.

You must notify us of any medical conditions and disability of any group member that may affect their participation in any of the booked activities. If you do not notify us at all about this, we will not take responsibility for any personal injuries of a participant. If such information is disclosed to us after the booking confirmation has been issued we have a right to cancel this person's activity arrangement or even whole travel arrangement. It is your responsibility to possess all the correct travel documentation and medical advice when arriving on your holiday. Please ensure that you have a valid passport with suitable time until expiry and visa (if appropriate).

8. Travel insurance

Obtaining suitable travel insurance is your own responsibility and is highly recommended by us. You should not take a part in an activity unless insurance has not been arranged. European Union residences are advised to complete an EIII before going on a holiday.

9. Complains

If you are not satisfied with any of the services provided by us, you must report your dissatisfaction to the Powerpuff Stag representative or tour manager as soon as possible, so they have a chance to put things right. If the complain cannot be resolved locally, the Group Leader must write to us within 14 days of returning. We will than investigate on your behalf and take up the issue with our supplier.
